Breakfast are good

What we dont like is the elevators are too slow and reception desk are also slow in checking in and out.

The property is immaculate and very clean, there’s have good security everywhere which is very good for us. Bed is very comfortable with city view

The room is too cold with full air conditioning on even tho we have adjusted the room temperature but still very cold. The facilities such as sugar, coffee sachets is not enough, no milk and no tea bag sachet in the room, we hoping the management property at the hotel considering to put good quality coffee and tea bag in the room hotel. We stayed for two nights, first day we have hot water in the bathroom but the second days no hot water in the bathroom. We tried to figure out maybe the housekeeping turn off the hit after cleaning still can’t find out how to turn on the hot water system. So I have showered with cold water.

The casino not letting flip flops in the vicinity but crocs is allowed? crocs is also a flip flops no?

the food was always cold . I like my food hot . not Many choices for foreign people

Staff were friendly, the drinks were reasonably priced and the interior was very nice. The pool was a nice touch too

I found the air con to be way too cold inside the casino and in general around the hotel. We also had to switch rooms because of the noise from neighbouring rooms and the pool- the walls of the rooms are very thin

Confort de la literie.

L'accueil catastrophique, les chambres bruyantes avec l'ascenseur qui sonne à chaque arrivée, donc toute la nuit. Le petit déjeuner en fin de service il n'y a plus rien et le peu qui reste d'une qualité très moyenne. En conclusion rien n'a été !

I like the pool

For me all except sa pool, sobrang disappoint kami Lalo na pag may mga live concert hindi sila organize,walang coordinate yung mga Naka reserve na seat sila pa yung nawalan, ang bagal sa reception, yung buffet Nila parang hindi naging buffet yung mga staff ang kukuha ng foods, yung room hindi ganun kalinis,kabango medyo maalikabok then parang hindi sya na disinfect wala man lang nakalagay na sign kung talaga bang na disinfect yung room. Sobrang gulo

Room are nice House keeping staff are very professional and friendly. Pool very nice and clean Staff are friendly.

Breakfast is Average not so delicious. But all staff in the Copa de Manila are very Professional and Friendly. We have a Lunch there with my Friends 6 of us. we order Kare Kare too Hard and Chewy, Pancit Malabon The worst pancit that i ever taste,inihaw na liempo with fish too much vinegar.the one that really good is the Sisig.The check in why we need to wait until 1:30 pm to be accomodate.like Balikbayan that come straight from the Airport will arrive at your Hotel about 7am and wait 6 hours before we are accomodate.Thank you.

The staff were super friendly and catered to our needs. The location of the resort is in front of a major shopping mall as well as connected to a casino if you enjoy gambling (which we didn't do) The rooms had enough space, and plenty of security so you feel safe.
